Our client is a multinational company that sells software, due to its implementation in Portugal seeks:

Senior Development Team Lead

Using agile methodologies (lean / Scrum) and state-of-the-art tools, our development team delivers market leading software solutions to well-known customers in the financial industry.
To get started and build up the necessary knowledge about our software product, management culture, development process and standards, you will be trained by our existing teams, during an initial induction process that will last several months.
Your Tasks
• Recruit, train, integrate and manage the development scrum team in Lisbon
• Interact with business partners worldwide to establish a constant flow of business and technical know-how to your team
• Collaborate with product management in Zurich and London to agree on priorities and delivery schedule
• Ensure availability, quality and on-time delivery of product releases
• Analyze requirements, design and estimate work in iterative cycles
• Develop software for various product components and projects using C#, .NET and ASP.Net
• Create automated tests and extend existing test coverage
• Ensure documentation of the changes and training of the users
• Continuously learn and help others to improve as well as to further develop our processes
• Configure and maintain Teamcity builds

• Continuous Integration, Test Automation, Unit Testing, Mocks, Pair Review
Qualifications:
• B.Sc., M.Sc. in Computer Science, Dipl.-Inf., or equivalent
• Education in Management and previous experience as a development team leader, business unit manager, IT manager, or as a software product manager
• At least 7 years of relevant work experience in C# and or .Net software development
• At least 5 years of team leading/management experience
• Hands-on experience in building up a team from scratch is an asset
• Hands-on experience in analysis of business requirements and specification is an advantage
• Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment with decentralized teams is an advantage
• Fluent in English both spoken and written.
